Above are 2 pie charts showing the household expenditures in both Japan and Malaysia in 2010. Both are comparable as they are both asian nations and close to statistics. There are 5 fields of expenditures shonw for each country in both graphs. Those include: housing, transport, food, health care and other goods and services.
Firstly, regarding housing in japan the total expenditure statistic is 21 percent although in malaysia it is 34 percent which shows a 13 percent increase in both countries. Moving to transport, in Japan it is 20 percent, on the other hand in malasyia that number decreased to only 10 percent which is rather drastic. Next is the statistic regarding food, both are rather close and complementary to each other; in Japan the number is 24 percent and in Malaysia it is 27 percent.
Secondly, we will move towards health care which is the least of all statistics of both nations. In Japan that number of health care expenditures is 6 percent and in Malaysia is only 3 percent which is rather brutal for some of the most advanced countries like Japan. Other goods and services take most of the pie chart in Japan and only second most in Malaysia. In Japan that number is 29 percent and in Malaysia it is 26 percent.
