The pie charts below illustrate how the number of television viewers aged 18 to 25 in a European country varied in 6 distinctive categories.
Overall, conventional TV was most used at the beginning of the period but was overtaken by Flat-screen TV after 10 years. While modern devices witnessed an upward trend, conventional TV, Laptop, and Desktop computer were the opposite.
Regarding the categories with a growing trend, Flat-screen ranked first in 2017 with 27% after increasing from under a tenth, followed by Mobile phone with a growth from a slight 15% in 2007 to over a quarter after 10 years. In addition, Tablet stayed at the bottom position of the group throughout the period witnessing nearly a fourfold increase from 5% in 2007.
Turning to the decreasing sections, however, Conventional TV experienced a sharp drop from first place at 34% in 2007 to a minor percentage eventually. Along with that, Desktop computer and Laptop took large portions in 2007 at 18% and one-fifth of the pie respectively, prior to both of them dropping at 12% at the year of 2017.
