Academic staff salaries stood at 40% in 1981, 10 years later, it was responsible for half of all expenditures, however, this sector slightly decreased by 5% in 2001. Furniture/facilities and resources both exhibited identical indicators equal to 15% in 1981 and fluctuated over the period , as the former share climbed to 23% in 2001, becoming the second-largest proportion, while the latter one dropped by 6%.
Other workers’ salaries experienced a downward trend, starting from 28% at the beginning and almost halving by the end of the time span. In contrast, money allocated for insurance grew from 2% in 1981 by merely 1% in 1991 and witnessed a rapid rise, reaching 8% in 2001.
