The proportion of expenditure to other worker’s salaries followed downward trend, this figure fell from 28% in 1981 to 15% in 2001. The proportion of furniture, equipment and resources in 1981 has the same expenditure, at 15%. The spending on resources rose to 20% in 1991 and fell to 9% by 2001. The furniture and equipment figure dropped to 5% in 1991 and increased to 23% by 2001. Expenditure on insurance fourfold from 2% to 8% in 3 decades.
