The pie charts illustrates the changes in the propotions of advance eduactional level of women in Srilanka in two different time period 1965 and 1995.
Overall, it is clear that, the majority of 6 years age group has highely educated while minimum percentage was graduation but the literacy rate of women who were graduated has increased significantly in next year. In contrast, no one has done post graduate study similarly there were null women left uneducated.
looking at the details, In 1965 about 44% womens 6 years were literate which was the highest percentage but it decreased slightly to 29 % in 1995 while only 3% female were gaduated this year but in 1995 the rate of women graduated increased gradually nearly a third 33%. Furthermore 35% females never went to school then due to education awareness there were no illiterate women in last year.
Regarding post graduate study, the advance education was far better than before reaching to 20% in 1995. Similarly, 12 years age group female covers 11% in 1965 however a slight increment can be seen about 25% in 1995.
