Overall, the charts reveal that the participation of women in education increased throughout the years. In 1965, most of the girls didn’t pursue education after sixth grade which stood at 44% and 35% of total demographic hadn’t even attended school. Additionally, women who fished twelfth made up 18% while the number of grads were at 3%, and there were no post grads.
On the other hand, in 1995 Sri Landa had 100% literacy rate where most of the students had completed their graduation which were 35%, and the post grads rate soared to 20% in contrast to 1965. The increase in twelfth graders is also noticable which was accounted for 25%; however, a significant decrease can be observed in the sixth grade students made up 20%.
