The pie charts give information about how many people of different ages use social media such as, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
Overall, it can be seen that adults and middle-aged groups access more to social media, while it is unpopular amidst older people over 65 years and young teenagers ( from 10 years to 17 years).
In detail, 40 % of young adults choose Twitter, whereas 29% of them use Facebook and YouTube users percentage is 3% less than this. Dramatic differences are not seen when we compare the figures for people aged 50-64. The same proportion of individuals (29%) use Twitter and YouTube, while the figure for Facebook is 1% higher, at 30%.
With a mere difference, 50-64 age groups use social media with similar percentage, 18% is accounted for Twitter, 19 % is for Facebook, and 20 % for YouTube.
9% of Twitter users is young generation, and approximately same proportion of users in Facebook and YouTube, 14% and 15% respectively. Finally, among older people who are over 65 years the usage of Twitter is unpopular (4%) and Facebook also( 8%). With a mere 2% higher, 10% of YouTube audience is consisted of old people.
