The pie charts display the evaluations of both undergraduates and postgraduates about the variety of book titles and the handwriting materials in their school library.
Overall, it is clear that the postgraduate students were not satisfied with both the range of books and non-print materials, while the undergraduates seemed happy with these facilities.
Regarding the range of books, half of the postgraduates thought that the library did not have a wide selection of books. Only 22% of postgraduates felt the number of books was satisfactory, while the data for undergraduates, who were satisfied and marked ‘very good’ and satisfaction selection, were 37% and 35%, respectively.
Turning to the non-printed materials, the percentage of undergraduates who evaluated them as ‘very good’ was 68%, which was nearly 7 times the figure for ‘not good’ at 12%. Meanwhile, most postgraduates answered ‘not good’ when they were surveyed, at 62%, the highest percentage of negative reviews, and only 16% of people in this group chose the ‘very good’ option.
