The Pine Charts display data regarding food consumption globally in comparison with two Asian countries, namely India and China, in 2008.
Overall, present food was the most viral consumption in the entire world, including China and India, while there was just a mere proportion of the nuts and seeds consumed worldwide.
At a closer look, although ready-made food, vegetables, and fruits accounted for between 29% and 41%, which were marked as the top categories for both the world and China, Indian people preferred more present food and animal products rather than vegetables and fruits, with 39% and 27% respectively.
In the world, there was just a few nuts and seeds consumed at 4%, however, China constituted 19% of the total rate, which was the highest proportion of nuts and seeds consumption compared to the other places,but, it made up the second least popular food among Chinese, who did not eat as much meat as other types of food, with just a quarter (15%).
