In 1920, the fountain was the center of the park where was the main attraction for visitors, but after modernization has been replaced by the rose garden with seats around it. In the left side, there was a stage for musician that has been romoved. In the left side of the Rose garden, an amphitheatre has been established for concerts.

After modernization, in the upper corner of the park, a play area has been constructed for children. Additionally, cafe has been built for individuals to relax. Then, car park entrance has been placed in the downer corner side of the park in underground. Then, all seats around sides of the park have been removed.
