Band 5: The plans below show how an office building was converted to a dental clinic (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

The maps illustrate the layout of an office building was converted to a dental clinic. Overall, there were a significant change, and were modernized with a new features from Office building to a dental clinic.

Entrance located on the left, while the storage were in the bottom left corner. Further to the forward Toilet and Office 2 which were lined the bottom wall to top. Three other walls which were located at the top were lined, next to the other walls were had been open plan office and further to the forward in the bottom left corner there were a Office 3.

Building which were converted to a dental clinic were modernized and removed some cabinets. The entrance stayed at the same place and in the bottom left corner were added toilet which were located next to the Office 2. Toilet and Office 2 which were lined the bottom wall to top removed to the Treatment room 3 and Sterilisation. Three other walls which were located at the top were changed and added treatment room 1, Treatment 2 and 4. Kitchen, Office and Open plan office were replaced.
