The two maps provide data on the development of Newtown Theater in the last 25 years.

Overall, the Theater of Newtown has been expanded with the upgrade of many facilities and the destruction of the park.

In 2000, the Newtown Theatre was located on the West side of the map, the Backstage was located at the North side of the Theatre with the Stage inside of its. All the seats were located to the South of the Backstage. The Toilets and Refreshment sectors were at the North West and East South corners of the Newtown Theater, respectivelly. To the East of the Toilets sector was the Coats sector, while to the West of the Refreshment sector was the Tickets sector. The entrance used to be at South side of the Theater, right in the middle, opposite the Main Road which ran from the West to the East of the map. Covering the east side of the map used to be a Park.

In the present, the Theater has underwent many significant changes. The capacity of this Theater has rose to 500 seats replacing the postion of all the old Tickets, Toilets, Coats, Refreshment sectors and the old entrance. The park has been completely destroyed with the replacement of the expansion of this Theater. The entrance is now divided into two sectors all located on the East side of the map, in the middle of these entrances is the foyer sector to the West of these sectors are Tickets, Refreshment, Coats and Toilets sectors located in the South to the North inside the East side of the Theater respectivelly, to the East of the Toilets sector is the Restaurant. The Main Road remained unchanged after the 25 years period.
