The image shows two maps of Porth Harbour, one from 2000 and the other from the present day; in 2000, there was a sea plane, fishing boats, private beach, café, hotel, fish market, parking, and shop; today there is no sea plane, with the space previously occupied now designated for the ferry, and the fishing boats are replaced by yacht facilities; the private beach is transformed into a public beach; the café remains but a restaurant is added; the hotel is now expanded with a car park; there is a cruise and sailing club where the fish market and shop were situated; the lighthouse remains unchanged.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

Two different plans for the Porth Harbour in back 2000 and at present day are given here.

For a brief introduction, the landscape and design of harbour is pretty much the same with a few new additions, reusage of site, and some alternations.

A dock has been newly constructed in present scene and a new road leading to the present day Hotel, which was previously an abandoned castle in 2000, has been constructed. The Marina and parking for fishing boats have swaped their places at present day. The public beach near the deserted Castle in 2000 has been changed to a private beach dedicated to the hotel. Cafes and shops have evolved near the Lifeboat at present day while one of the showers ad toilets has been removed recently. The road to the second car park was previously on the way to Lifeboat but it has been redirected in present day facing towards the main road.

The public beach just beside the dock, the main road, the Lifeboat, and the passenger ferries are unchanged. The northern showers and toilets, and car park are unchanged as well.
