From an overall perspective, it is evident that the library witnessed significant changes, merging small spots, extending some places, and providing recreational activities.

In the period between 2001 and 2009, the acre of History and Self-help sections was decreased to open more fields, such as Kitchen, and Economics. The location of Self-help was moved to the center and History was put in between the near entrance and the fiction. In the northwestern place, the library opened an area for Law. the tables were placed by the blank area of fiction, opposite to this, the library built a children’s play zone. At the center of the library, the number of 8 small tables were merged into four larger and longer ones.

In the northeast of the library, the newspaper & periodicals were redesigned as cinema, Film & DVDs. the computers were added in the adjacent cinema. No changes have been made in the stairs and librarian desk check to this day
