The maps compare the appearance of Ashford area in 2010 and at present. Overall, the area has significantly changed, including the bridge, a yacht marina and new accommodation.
In 2010 the view of Ashford looked much older and rural. There were a few buildings located in the north-east side. A river called Tam flowed from north to south. The area was divided into two parts, and people had to use ferry to travel between them. In addition, there were some trees in the north-west wings.
By now, the Ashford area has changed a lot and look more modern. In the lower part of the river has added a yacht marine, which allows people to travel. The most significant change has happened with the building of the bridge, which makes easier to individuals to cross the river. In addition, there has planted more trees in the west-south area.
