Overall, the Ashford experienced a major transformations throughout the years with the addition of new facilities, improving an urban area. While, some existing features remained in its location.
A residential area in the north-east corner of the map has been expanded, new apartment blocks have been built, adjacent to the houses, which increased its number from 5 to 7. Additionally, a road leading to a river doubled, the new way is leading to a new Yacht marina. It is located in the bottom side of the river, and equipped with boats.
In 2010, there was a ferry, which was used to move between islands, through the river Tam. However, currently the bridge has been built, connecting two lands. In the western land, a forest on the right-hand side of the way to the city has been remained unchanged. Meanwhile, an empty space on the left has been planted with trees, converting it into the second forest.
