Overall, the area experienced significant changes over the period, becoming more developed and modernised. Several new facilities were constructed, while some older features were or replaced. Also new bulidings and insfrastructure added over time.

By 1998, these were construction about plan first floor in library and replaced a several places. The entrance wasn’t alteration, however photocopiers were replaced on study room. After that, local reference books were minor then it reported a significant increasingly a new books same area now. In addition, in the center was book display, it was nearby study table and several chairs used individuals. It has visible a raises a new large-scale is book display.

Moreover, computers were a dramatically large spaces in 1998. Nowadays it is substituted of several chairs buliding for individuals. When it had a huge librarian’s desk than there is replaced on the new self-servive desk. As reference books and maps were changed in coffee table.
