Canberra shows a sharper decline, with maximum temperatures dropping from about 27°C in January to around 11°C in July, then increasing steadily towards the end of the year. Minimum temperatures in Canberra fall to around 0°C in winter, whereas Brisbane’s minimums remain higher, generally between 9°C and 21°C.
