The diagram provides an outline of the various steps involved in bricks manufacturing. Overall, the process includes seven distinct stages, beginning with clay extraction using a digger and concluding with delivery.
After raw material extraction, the clay is passed through a metal grid and crushed by a roller to refine its texture. Next, sand and water are added to the clay mixture, which is then shaped into bricks using either mould or a wire cutter.
Once shaped, the bricks are placed into drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. After drying, they take place heating in a kiln, where they are first put under moderate temperatures and then to high temperatures. This heating phase is followed by a cooling process in a cooling chamber, lasting between 48 to 72 hours.
Finally, in the last stage the bricks are carefully packaged and prepared for transportation. They are then loaded onto delivery trucks and distributed to various locations for construction purposes.
