The diagram illustrates how to reproduce the paper that was used in the past.
It can be clearly seen that there are 4 main steps involved in the production of recycled paper, consisting of plumbing, filtering, cleaning and finalizing items. It will start with manufacturing pulp and end when the paper is entirely recycled.
At the beginning, used paper will be placed on a conveyor belt to deliver products into a mixture of water and chemicals. Owing to this step, paper is broken into pulb. In the following stage, these materials will be filtered to eliminate the unnecessary items.
After screening, used paper is dipped into water and soap in order to get rid of ink or any dirt. Following that, an air pump procession occurs to help enable it to attain completely purified paper. The process ends with water separation throughout heated rollers to form a final product.
