The diagram depicts the steps involved in producing recycled paper.
Overall, there are four main stages in the process, starting with grinding paper, followed by several process steps, ending with heating and washing to make the final product.
Regarding the two first stages, used paper was passed in the conveyor belt, which comes to a large bath. After immersing in the water and chemical, pulp is made. Next, the substance was purified by a filter machine, then it will be poured in a water tank.
Concerning the remaining stages, two primary substances, namely water and soap are added to the cleaning process with an air pump. Once the pulp is cleaned, unwanted elements like ink will be removed. Following this, the mixture goes through a pipe to come to the next steps, where the resulting substance is created in a heavy machine. Here the purities pulp is subjected to two heated rollers to filter out excess water. Finally, recycled paper such as toilet paper is distributed either directly to consumers.
