In general, process comprises three main stages which is commences with collecting wasted glass bottles, transportation to the next phase and culminates with shaping in glass mould to prepare products for sale. It is also clear that, process is complex one which involves both manual labor and the use special machinery equipment.

Initially, glass bottles are collected in the warehouse, where they are transported to the next phase. After, bottles are washed on high-pressure water and sorted by color clear, green, brown. At the next stage, bottles are melted into pieces in glass factory.

Once glass pieces are burnt in furnace at 600 – 800 degrees Celsius. Moreover, recycled liquid glasses are become to new liquid glasses. After that, liquid glasses are shaped in glass mould to bottled. Finally, finished products ready for sale in commercial areas.
