Regarding the younger group, the factor that affects this group most is chance for personal development with nearly 90%, followed by relaxed working environment and promotion prospects, equal with nearly 81%, which nearly doubles those for job security. Meanwhile, relaxed working environment witnesses the most disparity between 2 groups with approximately 52%. Similarly, chance for personal development and promotion prospects also share the same pattern but 2% and 20% lower, respectively. Noticeably, the job security is the least factor that affect people from 45 to 60 with only nearly 22%.
The remaining factors equally influence the 2 groups. In addition, the proportion of people in the 45-60 bracket who think money affects their productivity most is the highest among other factors, with about 70%, which is lower than those for the 18-30 group 3%, followed by team spirit, with equal 63% of the 2 groups. Similarly, the work environment also mirrors this pattern, with approximately 32% lower. Moreover, the figures for competent boss and job satisfaction hover between 50% and 52%.
