Overall,people from 18 to 30 years are most affected by chance for personal development ,and are less affected by work environment,while employees between 45 and 60 years are likely influenced by the amount of income they earn ,and are not by the job security.Factors such as team spirit ,job satisfaction and competent boss are on the same level to both age group.
Chance for personal development act the most on workers between 18 and 30 (90%),three times more than the work environment that affects to employees the less (30%). Second and third most affective factors are relaxed working environment and promotion prospects ,each of one is 80%.By contrast,people aged 45 to 60 do their job better because of their salary (75%) rather than security of their job that is lower in percentage in almost three times (20%).
Team spirit also affects on 45-60 age group ,as well as on other age group (60%),so it equals in percentage. Other same leveled factors are job satisfaction and competent boss.That means that both people aged 18 to 30 and 45-60 perform better because of these two circumstances.
