For the first group (age 18-30) the main factor is the chance for personal development, while the second group (age 45-60) think that team spirit is one of the highest factors after money.
To begin, people aged 18-30 think that the chance for personal development is the most important thing to improve their performance, which is almost 90%, while the second group had less than 40% on that aspect. Another factor that matters for the first group is a relaxed working environment and promotion prospects which are at 80%, while the percentage in a relaxed environment for the older group is less than a half, and they had 50% for promotion aspects. Job security is 40% in the first group, which doubled the second group.
Moreover, money factors have a similar result for both groups, which is about 70% in the first group and less than 70% for the second group. Similarly, team spirit is around 60% for both those aged 18-30 and 45-60. Additionally, for older groups job satisfaction and competent boss have the same number which is about a half. For respect from colleagues, the older group is slightly higher than the younger group, which is more than 40%. Last, the least aspect for both groups is the work environment, which is 30%.
