Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the garbage collection in our neighbourhood. The garbage trucks in our locality are not as frequent as they used to be, which has resulted in a huge number of garbage being accumalated in our locality.

Our local area is considered as one of the cleanest and organized neighbourhood. However, due to the waste being collected on the side of the roads, it looks unappealing. Additionally, the collected pile of rubbish had started to decay, and it is emitting bad odor. It has created a huge problem in our society. People feel uncomfortable to stay at their home because of the smell.

I would really appreciate it if the council could organize a clean up program in our area to clear the trash that has been collected for days. Furthermore, I would be grateful if a proper system is implimented to prevent this kind of situation happening again in the future.
