Dear Sir or Madam,

The purpose of my correspondence today is the disfunction of garbage collection and clearance in my are; 12th street southwest. It has been two weeks now that there lorries collecting the trash from the street dustbins have not arrived and emptied the overflowing trash cans. To add, tartar sir not even enough dustbins on the street to even out the bunch of rubbish this over-populated area can create.

Following the chronology, this creates health related issues in the neighbourhood due to flies that have accumulated. Moreover, it’s hard to get out from the buildings without the august front he stink.

I would suggest for the department to take a swift action regarding this. I would also want for you to install new garbage bins in the area to matin better disposal facility as soon as possible.

I hope you consider this serious issue and make some necessary move immediately.
