Dear Sir!

I am writing this letter to you regarding system of rubbish area collection is not working properly. Before I proceed with explaining this situation, I would like to inform you that my friend has recommended me for your services. I believe that you and your family are living in good health and spirits. I feel extremely happy to have this opportunity to write.

I hope this letter finds you well. I want to write this letter because rubbish collection system is not working properly. Because the van of rubbish system is not coming on time and it is not picking everyone rubbish.

Apart from the above-mentioned details, I would also like to explain that it is affecting me and my neighbours. Because it’s smell is too disgusting and dangerous for me and my neighbour.

Furthermore, I would suggest, Please investigate this problem and reslove it’s timing issues and think about it’s smell that create problem.
