The table and charts show proportions of doctors in Australia over a period of 30 years.
Overall, in 2006 there was the highest number of doctors,mostly male ones,who was born not only in Australia,but overseas. Meanwhile 1986 was the lowest year,considering it’s features.
The percentage of female doctors increased steadily from 25% in 1986 to approximately 40% 30 years later. In the middle of those three decades there was just over 30% female leads. In contrast,male ones are predicted to drop by 15% from 1986 to 2006. The same situation can be noticed towards the place of birth. Doctors borned in Australia experienced the top in 1986,when the percentage was over 60%. Meanwhile others were almost a half lower. In 1996 aboriginal people of Australia are predicted to slightly decrease by 10%,while overseas doctors reached 40%. 10 years ago the proportion of both became equal and amounted to 50%.
