The table displays the number of young music listeners in an Asian country over the last month, while the pie chart presents the data about their preferrence of listening live or recorded music.
Overall, it can be seen from the table is that the proportion of male type of people was relatively high in all aspects of listening to music, except for CDs, where the percentage of CDs was used most by female. It is clear from the pie chart is that the percentage of live listening was the most preferred in relative terms, while the small minority of citizens did not know.
The proportion of boys and girls, who preferred live music, was 60% and 44% respectively. Preferrence of boys listening from MP3 players and internet differed from girls too: apporixmately 79% and 55% in boys; 49% and 42% in girls. Although, the level of boys’ preferrence was the highest of any category, women’s percentage in CDs was marginally higher than boys’ with just over 22%.
With regards to pie chart, the wast majority of youngsters were in favour of listening to live music, while just over quarter percent of young people chose recorded music. In addition, only 4% of individuals said that they did not know whether to prefer.
