Overall, the longest route was of London and maximum number of people using railways are from Tokyo.
Firstly, London was the oldest city who had started railways as compair to others. In 1863, London’s railways starts with longest route of 394 kilometres, and with 775 millions of passangers per year. Following, is 1900, Paris’s railways was inaugurated with 199 kilometres of total route, with approx 1200 millions of passengers. Furthermore, Tokyo is the city which had highest population toward passengers, which was around 1900. Washington DC is the city, which introduce mode of rail in 1976 will 126 killometer of total area and 144 millions of passengers in each year.
Considering, Kyoto and Los Angeles, which had their opening Dates as 1981 and 2001 respectively. However, Kyoto was considered as smallest routes amoung others, with only 11 kilometres. At last, Los Angeles city’s railway takes as newest as compair to other, which was in 2001.
