Getting back to the details, the data of using daily commenced with the highest, starting with over 36%. After 2 years, it was around 45% and reached the top ranking, precisely 72% in 2010. In contrast, the percentage of residents who do not want to use Internet was slightly lower than the other one in the first period, around 34%.
