A glance at the pie charts illustrates data about quantity of carbohydrates, protein and fat in 3 different diets including average, healthy and sport diet.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is clearly seen that the proportion of carbohydrates was dominant in all type of diet while the lowest amount was fat.
To start with, in average diet, there was 40% of carbohydrates which was 10% less than in healthy diet. However, the proportion of protein was 10% more than healthy in average diet accounting for 40% respectively. The percentage of fat was equal in both diets represented for 20%.
Turning to health diet for sport, the proportion of carbohydrates was same as in healthy diet. Share of protein was 2 times less than carbohydrates, made up 25%. Finally, healthy diet for sport contains 15% of fat, which was the lowest quantity in all 3 diet types.
