The given chart represents the weekly food consumption per person in a European country at three different years: 1992, 2002 and 2012.
Overall, most presented data fluctuate throughout two whole decades. Vegetables can be seen to be the most consumed food among other food types, while cheese is the least popular choice. This means that whereas vegetables’ intake is higher than two thousand, cheese is only eaten approximately 5% of the former, having its parameters lower than 130.
It is easily observed that meat is the second food type in terms of amount of consumption, even though it is nearly the half of the leader. Its values continue to fluctuate around 1100 and 1200 to the end of the chart.
Wheat and bean, on the other hand, experienced a steady increase throughout the table. Specifically, this rise, from 837 at the start to the end of 977, and 532 to 590, respectively, could represent their increase in popularity among other food choices.
