Regarding June, the production of milk, which was made in Australia in 2001/2002, had a slight decline compared to 2010/2011, representing 610 million and 590 million. As for July, the amount of milk remained on the same level during 2001/2002 and 2010/2011, accounting for 590 million. However, in the first month of spring, the quantity increased significantly in 2001/2002 making up 570 million and in 2010/2011 – 730 million.
As it comes to autumn, all three months had the highest amount of milk production. In September and in November, the quantity rised gradually in the first period, representing nearly 830 and 840 millions of litres, while in the second period, this amount was at about 1050 and 1120 millions of litres. Moreover, in 2001/2002 and in 2010/2011, much more milk was produced in October, representing approximately 920 and 1350 millions of litres respectively.
