Upon brief overview of the table, it is noticible that the highest consumer of energy seems to be Asia with total comsumption of 2200 TWh in 2010, 2600 in 2020 and is forecasted to consume over 4200 TWh in 2050. Given the geographical size of Asia, this seems lke an accurate representation. The least amount of energy is seen to be consumed by Australia and New Zealand with supposingly decline in the overall consumption upto 290 TWh by 2050. Similarly, a decline of consumption is also predicted for Eastern Europe and Japan. However, Western Europe has seen identical consuption of energy over the years and is still predicted to be consuming the same amount in 2050. Considering the trend of other data in the chart, it can be labeled as a faulty entry or as ambiguous.
Upon closer inspection of the table, we can observe that Africa is forecasted to be consuming a bit less than double the energy in 2050 than in the previous years signifying its assumed rapid development. In contrary, North America and South America has been seeing gradual increase in demand and is predicted to consume similar to a quarter times increase of energy.
