Rover spent less on TV, at 45 million dollars. All four companies spent the same amount on radio advertising, which was 15 million dollars.
For other types of advertising, Renault spent 45 million dollars on press advertising, while Rover spent 28 million dollars. Vauxhall and Citroen spent smaller amounts on press.
