Overall, the expenditure on advertising on TV was the highest. Additionally, the Renault spent much more money on various types of advertising than three other brands.
The Cetrizine’s spending on TV advertisement ranked first at 70 million dollars. This was followed by Vauxhall, Renault and Rover with 65, 59 and 45 millions respectively. The advertisement on Press was the second highly invested by 4 cars company, with Renault came top of the list at 45 million dollars. The Rover used 38 million, which was roughly three times higher than Cetrizine. The Vauxhall’s expenditure for press was the lowest, reaching only 8 million dollars.
In terms of radio advertisement, four brand similarly consumed 15 million dollars. While Renault and Vauxhall spent 6 and 5 millions of dollars, respectively, on advertising on Cinema, Cetrizine and Rover had no investment on this field. In regards to outdoor advertiments, Rover and Cetrizine’s expenditure hit 2 and 3 million dollars, while Renault and Vauxhall spent nearly two times higher, reaching 7 millions of dollars.
