The table demonstrates the amount of waste production in six different countries. Since 1980 until 2000, the amount of waste production that produced by every single countries has been gradually increased. 155.6 millions of tonnes of waste production has been produced in 1980 and 131 millions of tonnes was produced in U.S, followed by Japan with 28 millions of tonnes and Poland with 4 millions of tonnes. Ireland is the least contry that produced waste production. In this year, there is no data founded from Korea because of lack information.
In 1990, the amount of waste production has increased into 222 millions of tonnes, as U.S remains their position as the main producer of waste production.
In 2000, the amount of waste production has jumped into 280.6 millions of tonnes. The waste production that produced by U.S has been increased nearly 41 millions of tonnes since 1990. However, Korea demonstrates the ability of waste management and succeed to decrease their waste of production.
