The table displays information about the changes in exports in HK billions over a one-year period between 2009 and 2010. Overall, there was an upward category in equipment, telecommunications, metals, and overall of exports, while the indicator of clothing and manufacturing witnessed a gradual decrease.
In terms of telecommunications and metals, in 2009, the figure represented almost twice less than in 2010, as opposed to changes of metals, which is nowhere near the same as changes of telecommunications, at 122% and 61%, respectively. As for equipment, the rate increased gradually, with the number rising from well over 10 to just under 12 during the period from 2009 to 2010. Turning to overall of exports, it accounted for only 32% in 2009, comprise to 2010, when it represented more than in 2009, at 38.4% and 32%, respectively, and the figure for overall changes experienced a remarkable growth.
Regarding clothing and manufacturing, they made up less in 2010, whereas manufacturing accounted for nearly twice less than clothing in 2010, at -27% and -17% accordingly.
