The table we are given depicts data regarding the amount of delays in various-sized cities throughout the period from 1995 to 2025. These delays were experienced by commuters.
Looking from an overall perspective it is frankly seen that metropolis hit a peak at the number of recordings of delays till 2005. Their amount significantly increased from 19 in 1985 to 60 in 2005. However, after this it sowed a remarkable fall to 50 in 2015 and it is assumed that this trend will continue in future.
Turning to the cities with the smallest population, there was observed the lowest amount of delays, which started from 7 in 1985, then doubled in 1995 and reached its highest point 27 in 2005. Despite of this upward trend, there was a significant fall from 2005 till 2015, and there are some predictions that downward trend will continue in future.
Likewise, cities with both medium and large sizes of population showed a similar path as other ones by hitting a peak at 31 and 42 in 2005 respectively. After that they plummeted from those values to 21 and 36 in 2015 respectively. It is again assumed that this decrease will continue in future.
