The table provides information about the proportion of patients’ satisfaction with the services offered by three hospitals, namely A, B, and C.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is evident that patients demonstrated strong satisfaction with the treatment in Hospital A, while in Hospital B, people were markedly satisfied with the aftercare service. Another notable point is that waiting time was the service with which patients were exceptionally satisfied in Hospital C.
Turning to details, hospital staff and waiting time services accounted for 74% and 46% of patient satisfaction in Hospital A, whereas in Hospital B, they corresponded to 38% and 53%, respectively. Regarding Hospital C, they made up 81% and 92% of patient satisfaction with hospital staff and waiting time.
In addition, treatment and aftercare service constituted 84% and 82% of patients’ contentment in Hospital C, while in Hospital B, they corresponded to 68% and 70%, respectively. Regarding Hospital A, they accounted for 85% and 83% of patient satisfaction with treatment and aftercare service.
