The table shows the percentage of women in senior management positions over the years between 1975 and 2015, in three different companies named – Eiden Ltd, Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd.
Overall, all three companies has increased percentage of women in senior management positions. Eiden Ltd has the largest increase and Finsbury Ltd has the least increase.
In 1975, both Eiden Ltd and Bamforth Ltd had less than 10% of women in senior management positions; while in Finsbury Ltd had 16%, which was significantly higher compared to other both companies. After five years, percentage of 3% women remained the same in Eiden Ltd; whilst in Bamforth Ltd the percentage increased by two percent and in Finsbury Ltd it decreased by two percent.
In 1985, all three companies had an increase in percentage of women participation. Firstly, Eiden Ltd had 11% increase – from 3% to 14%. Secondly, Bamforth Ltd had another 2% increase – from 11% to 13%. Thirdly, Finsbury Ltd had 1% increase – from 14% to 15%. Then in 1990, Eiden Ltd increased to 28%, Bamforth Ltd increased to 15% and Linsbury Ltd increased to 22%. In 2000, Eiden Ltd increased to 33%, Bamforth Ltd increased to 17%, however, Linsbury Ltd decreased to 20%.
From 1975 to 2000, Bamforth Ltd had consistent increment of 2%, on the other hand, Finsbury Ltd had inconsistent percentage participation of women in senior management position. Finally at 2015 – Eiden Ltd has approximately double the percentage of women from 2000, from 33% to 64%; Bamforth Ltd had 46% and Finsbury Ltd Ltd had 6% increase to 26%.
