The table provides data on the percentage of women taking part in senior management in three various companies from 1975 to 2015.
Generally speaking, the statistics of participation upsurged moderately in two companies, whereas the participation of women in the third one has skyrocketed dramatically over the years. Consequently, Eldan was the company with the least percentage in 1975, however, with the highest in 2015.
Going back to the details, Eldan, Bamforth and Finsbury started at 3%, 9% and 16%, respectively. Then, the percentage of Eldan remained on the same level, while Bamforth began to rise slightly to 17% in 2000. What is more, Bamforth participation of women in senior management hit its peak in 2015 at 46%.
On the other hand, Finsbury percentage fell to 14% in 1980, staying at the same position as Eldan statistics in 1985. In addition, Bamforth’s and Finsbury’s percentage was the same as well at 15% in 1990 and 1985, respectively.
It is obscured that, in 2015, the percentage of Eldan participation was the highest at 64%, while Finsbury’s percentage of women was the least significant at 26%.
