Overall, the smallest percentage of women participants was in between 1975-1980, while the largest was in the end of a period. Although the percentage of female participants in Eldan Ltd was the lowest in the begining, it became the highest at the end, menawhile the proportion of participants in Finsbury was the biggest and turned to lowest by the end.
In 1975, the proportoin of females take part in management in Eldan was just 3% and not changed in the next 5 years, however then it is reached it peak by increasing to 64% by 2015. The opposite of this pattern seen in Finsbury Ltd, in 1975 it was the highest, at 16% and increased by only 10% during 4 decades.
Meanwhile, Bamforth Ltd was the second company with the highest percentage of participants in 1975, at 9%, and remain on its position by 2015, by increasing to around 50%.
