The table below demonstrates demonstrated the percentages of participation of female staff in senior management in three particular companies during 45 years from 1975 to 2015.
Overall, the female staff in senior management roles tended to increase significantly for all three companies. Elden Ltd had was the lowest proportion of women employed in 1975; however, its trend dramatically increased over time and reached the highest percentage of female workers in senior positions position among the other two companies.
While Elden Ltd.’s female senior managers were the lowest at 3% from 1975 to 1980, Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd percentages of female senior managers more than tripled Elden Ltd’s percentage for these periods. Finsbury’s female senior staff staffs in management were high at 16% in 1975. From 1980 the number of female senior managers in Finsbury Ltd decreased by 2% and increased very slowly from 1% of 1% in 1985 and reached 26% reached at 26% in 2015. These figures show that Finsbury’s female senior managers reached the lowest percent compared to compare to the other two companies. Bamford Ltd always stayed in the middle place of senior female management in comparison female to compare to others. Although Eldan Ltd doubled their size of female staff staffs in 1990 and raised it to at 33% in by 2000. Furthermore, the company reached its peak percentage of women in senior management at of 64% (almost doubled its number in 2000) in 2015.
