The table shows how the distribution of women in senior management position in Eidan Ltd, Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd from 1975 to 2015.
First, from Eidan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd, it’s show that the trend is increasing in the span of 40 years, however, from Eidan Ltd the trend incerease significantly where it’s started from 3% of participation in 1975 to 64% in 2015. While for Bamforth ltd, the trends looks more slightly increasing compare to Bamfoth ltd, where it started from 9% in 1975 to 46% in 2015.
On the contrary for Finsbury Ltd, the trend shows that the participation of women in senior management positions is fluctuative, it started higher compared to others with 16% in 1975, but the trend is going up and down again for 40 years and ended up with 26% of participation in 2015, the lowest compared to others.
From the three companies, it shows difference trend of women participation in senior management positions, however, from 1975 to 2015, the numbers of women in senior management are increasing.
