The bar chart illustrates how much carbon dioxide produced in five distinct countries (China, USA, Russia, India, Japan) in 2005 and 2006. The unit measured in tonnes.
Overall, it can be seen that the USA had the highest production of CO2 per person, while India had the lowest emission of carbon dioxide per individual compared to others. China produced the highest 5900 tonnes of CO2 among five countries and showed 11% increment in emission, which was skyrocketing, while Russia produced almost same number of tonnes CO2.
China, with 4.6 million tonnes of CO2 per person, saw rise in its total production from 5478 to 5900, showed a significant increase of 11% from the previous year, where India only produced 1.4 CO2 per head, which is lowest compared to others.
Russia generated a slightly similar number of tonnes, with 1345 in 2005 and 1420 in 2006, showing minimal change of just 0.6%. USA produced 19.8 CO2 per person, which more compared to others.
