Overall, as can be seen on the table, South-east Asia commanded the highest spending among the other two regions. Meanwhile, the percentage of expenditure in the first year leaded by salaries and followed by set up costs.

Turning to the details, the data shown that South east Asia held the highest with 30 million costings initially and is going to rise continually for 5 years until 50 million. However, West Africa and Central America will be expected to decrease from the first until the last period, 10.5 million to 3.5 million and 20 million to 5 million respectively.

On the other hand, it is clear that salaries stood at the highest place with the proportion of 50% and set up costs placed in the second place with 30%. Both training and office expenses percentage are projected to be the least with 10%.
