The table illustrates the percentage of women working in labour force and management in Australia, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Japan and United States.
Overall, majority of women are working within the labour force department, with Japan making the highest proportion. Meanwhile, women working in management were seen highest at Australia.
Firstly, 48% of women in Japan works in the labour force, with only 17% working in management. This trend can also be seen in United States and Sri Lanka, where over 40% of women are seen participating in the labour force. The workforce in labour was the least in Egypt, only comprising 20% of women.
On the contrary, Australia were seen to have more women working in management, accounting for 43%. This amount is also shared with United States. Other countries, such as Japan, Egypt and Sri Lanka, were sequentially seen to have less than 40% of women working in management, with percentages of 17%, 12% and 9% respectively.
